Our story

The Ideas Factory isn't a new idea dressed up - it's the return of one. Years ago, as founder and lead writer, I built what became South Africa's largest B2B healthcare advertising agency, taking it from a standing start to market leadership within five years.

Since then, I've led national strategy and communications work across technology, engineering, financial services, and healthcare - including five years as Head of Marketing for BSO, the services division of BDO South Africa, where I built and personally executed the marketing plan and communication strategy end to end.

Now The Ideas Factory is back - built the way it should have been the first time: not as one person doing everything, but as a network of senior specialists who bring depth exactly where a business needs it.
